EQUIPMENT

- See above for looks - Annabella’s costume for her Blue Light persona has a thick layer of breathable and flexible rubber like material designed to absorb impacts such as unassisted punches and kicks, alongside protection form shallow cuts. Moves that could break bones of course or of significant damage can ignore the protective layer. The layer mostly just being there to help cut back on attacks one could normally brush off from slowly over time wearing her down. It doesn't cover her forehead nor right shoulder and upper half of that bicep.
On her other arm and pieced along her forearms, hands, knees, shins and feet is additional armor fitted for traditional protection, and for looks. Those benign made of standard metals rather than heavier duty ones that are heavier due to density and thus would hinder her movement. The protector on her skirt is mostly for looks and will sway as she moves around. They are interlocked and fixed at the top point to allow swaying but no more them mild swinging to once again avoid them from getting in her way that would come from full free mobility movement if they were interlocked loosely. These line her sides, front, and back.
Her mask though is made of a higher density metal with a removable mouth cover. The glass covering the eyes is reinforced and structured to brighten her eyes and make it appear as though the entire eye is lit up. When she blinks this like will do so as well due to it coming from her eyes. With no light shining though the eye holes appear to be black. The mask is also programmed to inform her when it is nearly out of power with an audio cue. All other glowing parts of the mask are just programmed in to look pretty.
The plates covering her jawline to ear are detachable and still can control the mask when removed but has only 1 hr of life on its own. When attached they use power form the main mask and recharge if needed. The left plate controls any music she has instilled in the mask. The right controls any feed from phone calls she has patched through to the mask and their volume. The end of it also has a built in mic. The right side of the mask itself has a usb port to permit it plugging into computers and such to adjust storage, programing, and to charge. The mask itself has a 24 hr lifespan and the off button is under the left eye on the inside with a small cover over it.
Each of the ear plates have small speakers that press against her ears and play any audio she has set up. Those who get within 1 foot of her head can hear faintly any sound coming from the mask. Her hood and skirt are made of durable cloth that is slightly more durable than usual cloth. It is not used for any protection but durable to prevent a single fight from just totally destroying them right away. When her hood is up a cloth mouth mask fits perfectly overwhere her usual mouth cover is even if her mouth cover is off.

POWERS Quirk Name: Energy Quirk Type: Emission Description: The user can project out energy inside their body into physical projections. This quirk causes the whites of the eyes to be naturally black along with their blood; the blood will appear to be glowing blue while it's still fresh for the first 1 minute of exposure to the outside air before turning black. In addition naturally the irises glow a light blue while the hair glows brightly with a light blue coloring throughout it. The longer the quirk is used actively the stronger each projection becomes for either stronger or more durable based on the construct. The eyes glowing brighter each time with the blue colorization spreads until the entire eye is covered. The users vision during this time will gradually get a light blue tint to it until the entire span of the vision renders the user virtually blind and only able to see a bright blue light everywhere they look. Upon resting or relaxing without use of her powers the vision will resort slowly along with the energy decreasing in power. (Sleeping proves more beneficial in speed than normal relaxing) without need of much skill the user can use the energy to create basic blasts of energy from the hands or feet. These blasts though will sprout out from the hand or foot up to 1 foot away in a spike like spray of an explosion. These blasts usually are of the same power of stun grenades, but instead of any sound coming off besides a moderate boom no louder than a loud shout, it has a bright flash to it that is no brighter than a camera flash. These effects do not harm the user and will get as strong as hand gernades with a flash bang level brightness at its max level deficientness. The blasts will not hurt the user but it can still propel the user if met with a force that it can not push away from the blast. The propelling force is enough to launch the user 3 feet away with incredible speed, to even 20 feet when at its max power. Any fall damage or impact of a landing/crash will result in the user becoming harmed though. These blasts can not be charged up by any means without proper training. (Would require an ability a lot to do so.) Weaknesses: All energy that she releases from her body runs off her own physical energy. The longer she uses the ability/the stronger it grows the further her vision is hindered. She would more times than not become blinded before she would pass out from exhaustion. If her powers are over exerted for too long due to rapid use of her bigger moves/abilities her skin around her eyes, hands, and feet will begin to crack like a porcelain doll. If continued use of her powers at this point are used to any degree parts of her skin will break away causing her to bleed around those areas. ABILITIES - Energy Blade:
Name: Energy Blade Quirk: Energy Description: The user forms a ball of energy in their palm, (will occur in both hands for two handed swords. Which if it is two handed the user needs to bring the second said hand over to the other before forming the sword.) and proceed to close their hand into the shape one would have when gripping the handle of their desired blade of choice. As they close their hand the ball will extend in either direction to form the shape of the blade desired. This blade is roughly as strong as dense metal, with a sharpness of a razor blade. When over powered it will shatter and fade away into nothing. It can move up to 50 Meters away from the user before it will shatter from lack of stability. - Energy Blast:
Name: Energy Blast Quirk: Energy Description: The user gathers up energy in their eyes, hands, or feet and expel a concentrated blast of energy. This blast usually is a rough rough shape about the same size of the surface area of the shot location. The bigger the blast the more concussive the blast will be. While the more narrow, the more piercing damage it will do. They can travel up to 50 meters away before fading away and only in one constant direction. They move roughly as fast if not a little slower then an average pistol bullet. They are primarily damage based and hit with the same force as a bullet normally would. The bigger blasts working more like an up close shotgun in terms of hitting power. They have no real structural integrity so they will usually shatter the moment they impact something, but will still cause the same amount of damage when they hit. If they shatter, and fade away due to distance limitations they will do so in a safe non damaging matter due to not hitting anything in the process. - Energy Beam:
Name: Energy Beam Quirk: Energy Description: The user gathers all the energy they can muster for a final attack and fires off the energy from the desired hand, foot, or eyes. The size will vary based on the surface area that it is fired from. What results is a stream of energy with a devastating constant power that lands like a rapid succession of bullets in force that tears away at what it hits so long as it runs. this spreads across the entire surface area of the beam. it can go up to 50 meters away before it fades away. It lasts varying on available energy, but it usually lasts from 10 - 30 seconds. The user will have usually no energy remaining after that attack and can no t move wile firing it off. - Energy Rush:
Name: Energy Rush Quirk: Energy Description: The user fines off a rapid fire of explosions of energy from their feet in a timely manner permitting them to run with the assisted speed of up to 141 mph. It does rapidly deplete energy though so this move is one only effetely used in short bursts. User: Annabella Necowl
